CAN I CARRY SORA JACKETS ON A PLANE?
Yes, our products are TSA friendly. All Sora batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.
HOW DO I RECHARGE THE BATTERY?
Disconnect the battery from the jacket and remove it from the pocket. Use the included charging cable to connect the battery to an outlet and charge overnight. Do not ever plug the jacket heating system directly into a home outlet.
WHERE ARE SORA PRODUCTS MADE?
The jackets are currently made and assembled in a small family owned manufacturing facility in Southern California.The heating elements are manufactured abroad.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN IT RAINS?
The heating elements in the jacket are water resistant, and will simply stop heating when wet. However, to avoid damage to the battery, you will be required to unplug the battery and put it in a dry area until the battery pocket is dry.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE BATTERY GETS WET?
Water causes irreversible damage to the battery. Please dispose of the wet battery and buy a new one.
